Miguel Ángel Gallego was born and raised in Colombia, the second youngest of four children. After losing his father at a young age, Miguel was raised by his mother, a strong and hardworking woman who did everything she could to support the family. While his mother and older sister worked, Miguel took on an important responsibility at home-cooking for the family. It was in that humble kitchen that his love for food was born.

The name absolutely says it all! Everything was delicious. I think my favorite were the empanaditas and guacamole, but it's hard to decide. Make sure you order a jugo de guanabana for a treat!
